Registration

Registration for the EuSP2024 | GSAC2024 is secured via online payment of the appropriate registration fee using a credit card or bank transfer.

Presenting authors must be registered. Students must send by email a proof to verify their full-time student status. If you have any questions, please contact the secretariat at eusp-gsac2024<at>tuc.gr.

Registration Fees for EuSP2024 | GSAC2024

* Regular registration includes:

• Admission to all sessions, poster displays, and exhibitions of EuSP2024 and GSAC2024
• Welcome reception (15th September)
• Lunches (16th, 17th and 18th September)
• Tea, coffee, light snacks during breaks (16th, 17th and 18th September)
• Tour visit (afternoon 18th September)
• Electronic book of abstracts and congress material

** Full registration additionally includes one ticket for the Conference Dinner on the 17th September 2024.

*** Students: In order for this registration rate to be accepted, after you register, please send us an email to eusp-gsac2024<at>tuc.gr with your proof of current full-time graduate or undergraduate student status at an academic institution, NOT applicable for Post Docs.

General conditions:

• Each registration is specified for one person.
• The presenting author (oral or poster) must be registered.
• Each registration allows a maximum of two contributions: one oral and one poster presentation, one flash oral and one poster presentation or two poster presentations.
• Students must submit a proof to verify their full-time student status
• Delegates have to pay the bank and/or credit card charges, if applicable. Delegates may receive an additional invoice for bank and/or credit card charges if not paid.
• By registering you agree to the terms and conditions of becoming a member of the Sample Preparation Network. Information on the terms and conditions can be found here.

Cancelation policy

• Cancellation requests should be sent by email to eusp-gsac2024<at>tuc.gr

• For cancellations received by 15th July 2024, a refund will be available minus an administrative fee equal to 20% of the claimed registration fees.

• No refund will be available after 15 July 2024; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organization. In this case, please send your request to eusp-gsac2024<at>tuc.gr
