After a stimulating scene-setter in the welcome session of the 15th of September, there will be a lot to discuss. All delegates are invited to join us for an ice-breaking drink at the Mikis Theodorakis Theater Hall and enjoy the beautiful sunset and the old harbor of Chania while getting to know the conference crowd. Admission is free for registered participants.

We are excited to announce that the EuSP2024 | GSAC2024 conference dinner with Cretan cuisine and Greek dances will be held on Tuesday 17th September at Nykterida Restaurant offering an exceptional and panoramic view of the "White Mountains" and Souda Bay. Ticket for the dinner is included in the Full registration package. Additional tickets can be purchased online or onsite during the conferences. The price of the ticket is 80 € and the last day for purchasing a ticket is Monday the 16th September.

We have arranged buses that will leave on Tuesday 17th September at 19:30 from the “Clock Tower of Municipal Garden,” located in the city center of Chania. You can view the location on Google Maps here.

A guided tour through the historical centre of Chania is scheduled for Wednesday, 18 September, from 17:00 to 18:30 and is free for all registered participants. The journey will begin at Mikis Theodorakis Theater Hall at the Old Venetian Harbour, where the iconic lighthouse stands sentinel over the azure waters. The tour weaves through narrow, cobblestone streets lined with beautifully preserved Venetian and Ottoman architecture. This guided tour will be full of engaging stories and insights that will bring to life the unique cultural tapestry of Chania, making this an unforgettable exploration of Crete's heritage.

We are pleased to suggest prearranged day trip post-event activities to facilitate networking with other conference attendees and their families, and to make planning your visit more convenient. Trips are scheduled for Thursday, 19th of September and include visits to the best voted beaches in Europe and hikes in famous gorges. The trips are organized by Kyriakakis Travel Agency.
